Our inspectors know their profession and will do a thorough inspection for all wood destroying pests and organisms. You will then receive a written report that will tell you where any infections/infestations are located, what needs to be done, and what the cost will be.
Drywood termite treatment need not always be a fumigation. If the infested area is accessible, treatment can be a localized injection of chemicals into the infected wood. The chemical is then released at low pressure and flows slowly through all the termite passages and immediately eliminates termites that it comes in contact with.
Green's also offers alternative secondary treatment for termites, such as opening walls to expose infected wood members. This method, when used with TIM-BOR, an environmentally sound, odorless product, gives very effective results. No need for you to bag food or leave the comfort of your home when TIM-BOR is used.
If your home should need a fumigation, you can rest assured Green's will quote you a fair price for this service. Fumigation means placing tarps over a structure and injecting a fumigant (gas) into the structure. The gas will permeate all porous surfaces such as drywall, plaster, and wood, and will eliminate the termites and other living creatures in the building.
Subterranean termites are controlled by a chemical application in the soil where the main colony is present. We also have to break any earth to wood contact which prevents re-infestation and treat any infested areas above ground.
Once your property has been brought under control, we offer a Continuing Service Agreement (C.S.A.) that will provide you with annual inspections and treatment for termites at a flat annual fee. This service keeps your equity protected year after year.
